Presbyterian University College was founded in 2003 by the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. It is one of the partially private and public universities in Ghana.

Ghana Technology University College
Ghana Technology University College is a private university founded in 2005. It was established by Ghana Telecom to educate interested individuals in telecommunication engineering practices.
It currently offers bachelor’s degrees and graduate programs related to telecommunications engineering and communications technologies.

Valley View University
Valley View University is owned by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The University was founded as the Adventist Missionary College. It was renamed to Valley View College in 1989 before it gained accreditation as a college in 1995.

Central University
Central University is one of the prestigious private universities in Ghana. It was initially founded as a pastoral training institute in 1988. It underwent several changes and was renamed the Central University in 1997.

Christian Service University College

Catholic University College of Ghana
Catholic University College of Ghana is one of the prestigious universities established all over the world by the Catholic Church. The university which was accredited in 2002 has gained a high reputation for itself as a high-class educational centre.
This is due to the abundance of adequate learning facilities, a very conducive learning environment and highly-trained professionals in the university.

Regent University of Science and Technology
Regent University of Science and Technology was established in 2003. It quickly rose to become one of the best universities in Ghana due to its affordable tuition fees and top-class educational standards.

The Pentecost University College was founded as a Bible College by the Church of Pentecost in 2003. It was later upgraded to a private university. It now has over 3000 students enrolled in its degree, certificate and professional programmes.

All Nations University College
All Nations University College was established in 1996, however, it was not until 2002, that it began offering academic services. Today, it has a population of over 2,500 students.
The University offers 11 accredited programs for most undergraduates.

Kings University College
Kings University College was established in 2009 as a private university in Ghana. It has affiliations to the University of the Cape Coast, Ghana and the Liaoning University, China.
The University offers 27 undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs including a Kings Business School program. The school has grown from a student population of just 13 MBA students to over 600 students offering both undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs.

University of Ghana
The University of Ghana was established in 1948 with the sole aim of providing university education and research. It is the largest university in Ghana by the student population.
The University of Ghana is the leading university in the country. It offers local and international undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The University boasts of a student population of over 40,000 in its undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology was established in 2005. It consists of six colleges with various departments under each college.
